Eric and I took a trip to Denver in July to see the Mile High Music festival. It was the first year for the concert and we were happy we could be there for the inaugural event. Some of the acts we saw: John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band, Tom Petty, Brett Dennen, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Gavin Degraw, OAR, Messe, OneRepublic. We did a lot of random things as well (checked out Denver, went to Boulder, went to a baseball game) and here are some pictures of our adventures.
River in Boulder.
Rockies game. We got free tickets to go to the Rockies game. It was a really fun night.
Some random monkey art at the Music Festival. The festival was at the Dick's Sporting Goods Complex. Basically it is this huge place with soccer field after soccer field. It was an amazing set up.

Ashlie in her puffy red hat. We found this random fur shop in downtown Denver and Eric made me put on this silly hat thing.

At the concert. It was super hot. Over 100 degrees the entire weekend.
In downtown Denver
Ashlie had to do a little work while in Denver. So we visited the University of Colorado at Boulder. Here is the football stadium.

In downtown Denver they have these really cool bike rails next to the stairs. All you do is put your bike in the rail and walk up the stairs.

While in Denver we went to this crazy outdoor store. They had every animal you can think of stuffed and mounted on the wall or in an action pose.
